Pricing FAQ

What counts as a translation request?+

Each call to the translator — on the website or via the API — counts as one request against your monthly quota. Long texts aren't split into multiple requests, no matter how long they are.

What happens if I go over my quota?+

The website and API stop returning translations until your quota resets on the 1st of the next month, or you upgrade your plan. You can upgrade at any point — there's no need to wait for the reset.

Can I switch plans later?+

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Changes apply to your billing going forward.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes — cancel from your billing page any time. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to Free.

Do you offer a free API key?+

Yes — the Free plan includes API access with the same monthly quota as the website. See the API docs to get started.

Do I get an invoice for paid plans?+

Yes — billing runs through Stripe, which automatically emails a receipt/invoice for every payment. You can also download past invoices from your billing page.

How is Traduck different from Google Translate's API?+
